To place an order at mariaakerberg.com, you must be over 18 years of age, be a final consumer and live in either Sweden or Finland. By submitting your order and paying for it at mariaakerberg.com, you accept our current terms of purchase and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

Each item is listed with price including VAT. Ordering products and paying via mariaakerberg.com is safe and easy. You prepay your orders via Stripe. is simple and easy. You will prepay your order via Stripe.
How it works
Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. It is sent to you by email. The most common reason for an order confirmation not being received is that you have accidentally entered an incorrect e-mail address when placing the order, or that the order confirmation has been automatically categorised as spam.
Shipping and Delivery
It is only possible to buy products via mariaakerberg.com as a final consumer if you live in Sweden or Finland.
Sweden:
You always have the option of FREE SHIPPING within Sweden when you shop for at least SEK 599. If the order value is less than SEK 599, you will be charged SEK 49 for shipping with PostNord or SEK 69 for shipping with DHL. In the event of a return, you will be charged SEK 49 for return with PostNord and SEK 69 for return with DHL.
Delivery time for final consumers is 1-2 business days. On top of that, there is a handling time in our warehouse of 1-2 business days. When we are really busy, for example before the Holidays, or when our company will be closed for summer vacation, the delivery time may be extended. In these cases, it is 5-7 business days. Between Christmas and New Year, and during three weeks in July-August, the company is closed and will not send any orders.
Finland:
You always have the option of FREE SHIPPING to Finland when you shop for at least SEK 599. If the order value is less than SEK 599, you will be charged SEK 99 for shipping with PostNord. In the event of a return, you will be charged SEK 99 for return with PostNord.

As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing the parcel number and tracking link.
Please be sure to collect your parcel within the days indicated on your notice. For parcels that are returned to us, we charge 250 SEK to cover fees and administrative costs. Please contact us if you want us to resend the products.
Variations
As we work with raw materials, such as plant extracts and essential oils, the scent and appearance of the products may vary depending on the harvest of the ingredients. This is because the plants have had different access to water, sunlight, soil, etc. In other cases, such as the Calendula extract in Hand Cream, it is because the flowers have different colours. All of this can be overcome, but unfortunately it is necessary to use chemically/synthetically produced ingredients. Then you can get exactly the same colour and scent from time to time.
The product also changes as the package is opened. For example, the scent of Royal Body Oil becomes a little "rounder". This is because essential oils, which give the scent to our products, evaporate when they come into contact with oxygen.

As a final consumer in Sweden or Finland, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. The return period starts from the day you receive your shipment. This applies only to unopened, unused products and their packaging. Opened or used makeup, skincare and hygiene products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. There you fill in the details of your return and we will then send you a digital shipping note. Always state your order number! Once we have received your return and assessed that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days and notify you by email that the case is closed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase. However, you will be charged SEK 49/SEK 69 for the return shipping in Sweden and SEK 99 for the return shipping in Finland.
If you have received a damaged product or a product is missing from your delivery, make a complaint. You also do this if you suspect that there is something wrong with a product. To make a complaint about a product, contact MARIA ÅKERBERG AB. You do this by visiting our website at https://www.mariaakerberg.com/en_GB/helpdesk/claims-3.
There you fill in the details of your return and we will send you a digital shipping note if we consider the case to be a justified complaint. Always state your order number! In order for MARIA ÅKERBERG AB to be able to make a reimbursement, at least half of the content must remain. The complaint must be made within 30 days of purchase. When we have received your product(s) and have assessed that the complaint is approved, we will refund you within 14 days, and notify you by email that the case is closed. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you, as a final consumer, have used a product and do not like the scent, effect, colour, or for some other reason do not want the product anymore, the right to return/ make a complaint does not apply. Always visit one of our resellers before purchase where you can test the products. In the event of an allergic reaction, the right to return/make a complaint does not apply. There are so many things that can affect the body beyond a product. You will have received such a good product recommendation from the reseller that an allergic reaction based on products from MARIA ÅKERBERG can be ruled out.
Damage to shipment
If you find that your parcel is damaged, so that the products are likely to be damaged as well, do not accept the parcel and return it to us.
Warranty of Quality
Since products from MARIA ÅKERBERG are perishables, they are marked with a batch number and a best-before-date. Best-before-date applies to unopened products. We guarantee the therapeutic effects of a product for six (6) months after opening and within the best-before-date.
